Articulate Storyline Project

This is a sample course aimed at helping restaurant servers identify and resolve customer complaints.

Personal aim:

To practise course development skills with Articulate Storyline
To break down the original content into bite-sized sections
To create course objectives aligning with the course outcomes

Design process:

After selecting the project subject, I carefully studied the content and set course objectives that align with the course’s purpose. I ensured that each module met its objectives. In the modules, I used everyday conversations to help learners to internalise the subject matter and experience real-life scenarios. To avoid an academic reading feeling, I simplified the language in explanations. Added a summary section with tick boxes for each module to provide the learner with a sense of accomplishment.
